I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. I especially like the reversible ottoman because it can be moved around to create different seating arrangements or used as a footrest or extra seat. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. TL;DR- good sturdy couch but could be better. The leather is soft but a little scratchy (aka scratches easily when compared to a proper real leather couch). The recliner works well but beware that it’s not long enough for my 5’6” wife (her feet hang out), if you’re expecting full coverage. My advice would be to spend a little more and get powered headrests, something with USB chargers as well as something a little larger as this is definitely on the smaller side. The in between pieces that are arm rests and have cup holders are definitely much cheaper in quality when compared to the seats. One of the non-recliner pieces is hanging an inch off the ground on one side because the latch that connects to other seats came a little bent and it’s too late now for me to report to Wayfair (more than 2 weeks after delivery).
