Wow! This sofa is better than expected! It’s much larger in person. I ordered it specifically because it had deep seeds and a tall back. We have a very tall family, and I thought that this would be a good fit for us. I was correct. The cushions are very thick and the fabric is soft and of good quality. The cushions are firm, but I’m sure will give over time. Color is more light beige. I would not call it cream. This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a sofa without seeing it in person. The storage is great, and for the most part the couch is comfortable. With all of the cushions being removable and washable its easy to keep clean and nice. The only caveat is that the cushion fabric shifts on the cushion padding because the Velcro stays where it is attached but underneath your bottom the cushion shifts. The Velcro is underneath the cushion, when it should have probably been at the back of the cushion where it butts up against the back of the couch. Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. It wasn’t as firm as I remembered from the showroom, but, that could be due to the difference in fabrics. Delivery was fantastic- they brought it in, setup and removed the debris promptly.
