I love this so much, however it was so damaged upon arrival. I am waiting to hear from customer support- I have had pieces parts all over my house since last week. I hope the replacement is in better shape. I was able to get one side and the corner together and it looks so great and is a comfortable firm seat. The other half has a busted frame, and a torn corner. The half I assembled had sticky stuff all over the back. Hoping to remove it with goo b gone- but that’s not right for a brand new piece of furniture. Also- I assembled it myself!
