Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. The first sofa arrived damaged but Wayfair was great at handling the issue and the replacement arrived in perfect condition . This sofa is very cute . I wouldn’t say it’s the comfiest , more for casual seating in my sunroom . Assembly is not difficult it’s just time consuming. I love the slipcover and subtle ruffle detail on this sofa . Extremely happy we made this purchase! The sofa came exactly as described! I was a little concerned about the actual size because of a few reviews but I feel that it’s a very good size in all dimensions. My partner already took a 2 hour nap on the sofa about 2 hours later. There was no strong chemical smell as mentioned in other reviews and the feel of the leather is very nice!
