This chair is gorgeous and well made. I ordered two and put them together. After they were together I realized one of the chairs’s studs were completely missing. I emailed wayfair which direct me to the seller to send pictures of the defective chair. I literally got a response two hours later from the seller asking what parts I needed. I told them I needed the base of the chair where the stud was missing and one front leg as it was scratched. They ended up sending me an entirely new chair! Looks great. Assembly was easy except for stuffing the padding into the zippered seat back. That was painful, and the results are a bit lumpy. The instructions say wait 24 hours for the padding to expand after unpacking, which we did. But the product posting says wait 72 hours. I would suggest waiting the 72.. Jeffrey Brent.
