Love this set! I, a 58-year-old woman, put it together by myself. Some parts were a little tricky, but I did it! I suggest using a s lf-ratcheting Allen wrench. The furniture itself is great! Very nice looking and very comfortable. It was easy to put together. However, the set was shipped in two separate shipments. The sofa and ottomans were received on a Saturday. The chairs and side table were received on Wednesday. The sofa was missing the center support bar...a critical piece of a sofa. Wayfair and the manufacturer were quick to respond, but it is slooooooow getting that replacement. We put the sofa together on a Sunday and I contacted Wayfair that same Sunday. Monday the manufacturer said a replacement part would be shipped. Wednesday they said I'd have the replacement part by Saturday. It's now Monday and tracking shows it's in Chicago with no estimated delivery date. Can't use the sofa until we have that part. I would expect faster shipment on their error of a missing part. We purchased this patio set 2 months ago in navy blue & love it! It arrived quickly and was expertly packaged with tools & instructions. The patio set is high quality, sturdy, & worth the price in my opinion. Upon assembly there was 1 missing item & a small ding in the metal tabletop. Customer service was responsive, but stated that the tabletop was on back order & at this time couldn’t be replaced, hence the 4 star.
