Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. I am waiting for replacement parts which were ordered, but not shipped yet. I will update my review when I can put the chair together.. Megan. White Rock, NM. Sun Aug 16 2026

Vibrant and alluring, this colorful hammock offers cozy comfort. Woven by hand from nylon in traditional looms, this hammock displays the brilliant work of the Maya Artists of the Yucatan. Long before the Spanish arrived on the coasts of the Yucatan Peninsula, the Maya preferred to sleep and rest in hammocks. They considered the hammock to be like the loving embrace of a mother, due to the comfortable manner in which the body is held and swung within its cradle. Maya Artists of the Yucatan seek to preserve time-honored customs while also offering stylized versions of the original Maya hammock. For them, the hammock is a work of art. Their hammocks are incredibly comfortable, easy to maintain, and may be stored just about anywhere.

These chair hammocks are tightly woven with high-quality cotton thread resulting in a heavy, durable fabric. They are in vibrant colors that are appealing to all ages. Ideal for both large and smaller outdoor settings to create a personal sanctuary.

I like the chair. I like the fringe detail around the edges. The color isn’t quite as vibrant as I expected but it’s close. I wish it would have come with hardware, though. I already had a hammock stand and hardware left over from my last chair, but this one didn’t fit. The loops are super thick. I rigged it how I could, but it hangs really low and it doesn’t look very nice. I’m nervous about buying a new S ring for it because I think I’ll need a giant one, and it might make the chair hang even lower.. Brenda. Battle Ground, WA. Sun May 17 2026

Sturdy stand and hammock. However, I am returning it because only the hammock fits in the bag that it comes with. There is nothing to carry the stand with.
