We haven't fully assembled the couch yet because we're waiting to move our old furniture out, so the back cushions aren't in their final positions yet, which is why it looks a little funny in the pictures. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. Aside from this small issue, the loveseat is comfortable, well-made, and looks great. I would definitely give it five stars if it weren’t for this issue, but I still recommend it.. Martha. MA. Looks even nicer in person. I'll be honest, I was looking for something a little more tailored (stitching) to create a softer sitting experience, but the price on this sleek recliner was so terrific. And it checked all our "must have" boxes: top grain leather (it reads "genuine" in the description but notes top grain on seating areas - read up on the distinction), some stitching for aesthetics vs that over-stuffed pillow look of many recliners, an adjustable headrest (key!), and a bit of a wall hugger, sitting not quite 4 inches away from our wall - this was also key!.
