We ordered this platform bed several years ago and it is a beautiful bed and still looks great. Bed is very well made. My husband and I put it together. The side drawers have lots of storage, three on each side. I was able to get rid of a chest of drawers because I could fit everything into the side drawers that are built into the bed. Now I have more room in my bedroom so it’s a space saver having the built in drawers. We are very happy with this purchase.. Lisa. Fairfield, PA. Sun Jul 16 2023

I had Wayfair assembly team, put it together for me. It took the many many hours to do it. There’s a problem with alignment of the drawers that they’ll be coming back to complete and one of the bolts on the headboard would not connect and cause the headboard to crack the wood, so Wayfair is sending me out another headboard. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. It's in my daughters room so it takes a beating and is holding up.. Holly. Ferrisburgh, VT. Thu Apr 16 2026

Best of all, no box spring is necessary.

Really great bed! Larger than I expected and our mattress seems to leave small gaps on either side which is weird! Draws are smooth but the wood shows all the dust and dog hair so wiping it down often.. Ugne. Rio Rancho, NM. Tue Mar 10 2026

The bed is great very sturdy made with good quality wood. I would have given it 5 stars however the assembly instructions are very poorly done. The only other negative is the drawers well there is plenty of space for storge they are difficult to open and close, this may get easier with time unsure at the moment.. Dody. AB. Tue Sep 23 2025

Great looking, substantial and functional bed. It met all of our needs and has storage without looking like it belongs in a kids room or college dorm. We like high beds and other beds we looked at with drawer storage did not fit the bill.. Anonymous. Mon Dec 11 2023
