Broiler Pan With Round Holes

LloydPans 10 inch Hex-Disks are superior to other disks because we use a Servo-Hydraulic Press to precisely form our disks. The Hex Quik-Disk has the most airflow of all our disks due to the unique hexagonal shape of the perforation. This six-sided opening allows the holes to be positioned closely allowing the maximum exposure to the heat of the oven while still maintaining strength. The folded rim also adds strength to the disk and creates an easy edge for peels to get under. Made in the USA. HAND WASH ONLY

The saucepan is a time and space saver, a necessity for today's kitchens. The pour spout and draining lid ensure drip-free pouring, while two different-sized draining holes provide superior control. The flavor lock lid seals in moisture and nutrients for healthier, more flavorful results every time. The exclusively designed aluminum encapsulated base provides superior heat conductivity and even heat distribution to meet the demands of gourmet chefs everywhere. The mirror finish, classic look, and professional performance of stainless steel are an investment that will prove its worth every time used. The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors and easily cleans to its original brilliant finish. The saucepan will give countless years of service and pleasure. No other piece of cookware performs with the versatility of a saucepan. It is a kitchen essential, working hard from morning until night.

There are several reasons you might consider adding a 6" round pan to your kitchen. Of course, a tiered layer cake for a big celebration might call for one, but think about other uses, such as cooking recipes inside of a smaller countertop or toaster oven, toasting a small portion of nuts to use in a recipe, or making a half-recipe of a favorite cake. Beyond this, a 6" round pan will easily fit into an instant electric pressure cooker or your countertop toaster oven.

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026
