After looking at hundreds of 72" vanity cabinets online, this one jumped out at me and I knew it was "the one". Nervous that it would be defective or look cheap when it arrived worried me for two weeks. However, it was delivered with precision care, on time, and in perfect condition. It is a magnificent cabinet. After the wrapping was removed, I was delighted with the detail on the drawers, doors and sides. The pictures of it are true to life on a small scale, but when you see the actual cabinet, you will not regret spending a little more for quality and true elegance. The drawers are spacious, slide easily, and the space inside the doors is huge! Since it was wrapped so well before shipment there were no dents or scratches. The top and sinks are pure white and flawless. My contractors were also impressed! They groaned about how heavy it was to move, but admired the quality of the wood. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Beautiful vanity. Very well made and sturdy. The top if stark white quartz, which is exactly what I wanted. I was concerned that it wouldn't be pure white - but it is. My contractor was able to match a bench in the shower to the top perfectly! Lots of drawer space; however, the drawers are not very deep (you can't store even small bottles in the middle drawers); however, the cabinets are especially roomy so lots of storage there.
