This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. It's in my daughters room so it takes a beating and is holding up.. Holly. Ferrisburgh, VT. Thu Apr 16 2026

Attractive, easy to assemble, seems sturdy enough for what it is - not heirloom quality. One hitch is that one of the bed rails was defective in our kit (see photo - the leg bracket irreversibly mounted from the factory was on the wrong side). Overall, I’m very pleased with this bed! Assembly took approximately 3 hours, although it would probably go faster with a power drill instead of the tools provided. The headboard was the most time-consuming part, while the platform was easier to assemble. The photo instructions could have been clearer when installing the metal inserts. The platform feels sturdy, and I absolutely love the storage capacity! My biggest complaint is the headboard. It feels a bit flimsy and has some forward-and-backward movement when moved. There’s also a slightly visible gap where two of the upholstered panels connect, but fortunately, it can be covered with pillows. Despite those minor issues, it’s a beautiful king bed that looks lovely in our bedroom. For the price, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026

This upholstered platform bed combines streamlined style with smart storage to bring a modern feel to your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, and it rests on short feet for a clean, low profile. The linen upholstery is filled with foam, offering a padded surface across the tufted headboard. Four underbed drawers slide out smoothly, making it easy to stash spare sheets, clothing, or blankets right under your mattress. Plus, a built-in slat kit provides reliable support so there's no box spring required.

Great looking bed frame for the price. Love the orange linen color - most bed frame color options I see are boring in white, beige (read yellow), black, gray, or navy. This frame seems supportive and sturdy and you don’t need a box spring. Our queen mattress fits the frame and doesn’t protrude over the edge and there’s low risk for stubbing your toes or banging your knees on the frame. The drawers are not on a track, just loose on wheels and they attach to the frame by Velcro. The inside of the drawers are plastic which I prefer to the wire baskets that I’ve seen some other storage beds have. My husband did not encounter any complications assembling it. Very happy with this esthetic and affordable bed frame for our guest room.. Michelle C. CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
