I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024

Just got our second Los Flexi toilet installed, and this one is also fantastic! The height is perfect for my husband, who has mobility issues. This taller toilet fits in with the rest of the bathroom and the existing pedestal sink, and I hope to have this toilet for years. The guy who installed this one said it was easy to install because everything was there. I told him that I got this toilet on Wayfair and he said he wished more people would do this! He had the toilet installed in about one hour, and then he put in a new bathroom faucet set I also got from Wayfair. He was equally impressed with how everything was there, and he had the bathroom sink done in less than half an hour. Anyway, this 18.8 inch ADA chair height toilet is just what we needed right now--Wayfair always has just we need for the home!. Lee. Pullman, WA. Mon Sep 28 2026
