Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. The hardware/the nuts and bolts packet could’ve been identified a little bit easier comparative to the instruction sheet, the fire box itself two of the corners were bent quite a bit, and I had to mechanically re-straighten them out so that parts that needed to be attached to it could be in the holes would lineup properly. I did not want to drill new holes because I thought whatever guarantee I would have perhaps would be nullified and I sure didn’t want to go through the house of shipping it back.
