It has armrests, a contour to support the neck, and a central cavity for head alignment. With 2 heights and arm grooves, it suits all sleep postures. Made of high-quality slow-rebound memory foam (firm yet comfortable), it comes with a breathable, removable, washable cotton-polyester double-layer pillowcase, improving sleep quality.

I find this ergo pillow comfortable for back and side sleeping because of the hollowed out areas positioned perfectly for your head and neck. It is uncomfortable if you’re lying on your back reading because if you lower the book or phone that you’re looking at your head has to lean forward to read or you have to keep your head flat into the pillow contour and your arms get so sore holding the book or phone. I am not experiencing any advantage with it being extra cool though.. The Maine Truth. North Carolina. Mon Oct 19 2026
