We absolutely love our Mandujano Murphy Bed in the Barnwood finish. After downsizing, we needed our larger office to double as a guest room, and this bed is perfect. It’s solid wood, extremely well built, and the design is brilliant — when folded up, it looks like a beautiful chest of drawers, and the bottom drawer is a real storage drawer that holds pillows, sheets, and a blanket. We bought the matching mattress thinking we might upgrade it later, but it’s genuinely comfortable. When our twin sons were visiting, one son slept on it with a plush topper and liked it so much he stayed in the Murphy bed even after the guest room became available when his brother departed. The Barnwood color blends perfectly with my wife’s Italian furniture, and the stowed design leaves room for a wall‑mounted TV above it. The built‑in power module with USB and standard outlets is a thoughtful touch. This bed is stable, comfortable, compact when stored, and very reasonably priced for the quality. We’re thrilled with it. Full endorsement.. Gerry. Charlotte. Sat Aug 22 2026

With a 10'' clearance underneath, it provides convenient space for stowing bins or baskets. We love that it doesn’t require a box spring, making it a practical and stylish choice for everyday living.

The good: it turned out to be beautiful! Just the look I was wanting. Looks great made up for Christmas. Great color, feels sturdy and doesn’t move around at all. I would buy this bed again! The bad: First bed came and the headboard was damaged but Wayfair quickly sent a replacement headboard. The cane on the new one wasn’t as tight as it was on the original but in the end it turned out fine. The bed was a little frustrating to put together. Definitely need a second person.. Heidi. Bought this as a guest bed in our FL house. It was delivered in 4 boxes & “some assembly required” took 3 mechanically inclined guys a little over an hour to assemble. There was one “ding” in the top but not bad enough to return. It has not been used yet so I can’t say how comfortable the mattress is. Great concept, looks good in the room, offers storage for bedding in the drawers & doesn’t take up a huge amount of floor space. Purchased during Wayfair Days so got the best price that I had seen in months of tracking.. Margaret Sikora. Valparaiso, IN. Tue May 12 2026
