So far the handling of the box was pretty rough. It is very heavy so if only one person handled it you can tell by the outside damage. All pieces are there, found the electrical piece broken as well as a few scuffed up pieces due to handling. Only 2 issues during install: #1 they sent 7 wooden plugs fur the chairs instead of 8 and apparently you need to buy wood glue to put them in, which is no biggie, I can pick up an extra at the hardware store. #2 there were no guide marks on the bottom of the table to show where to attach the brackets.
