Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. I love this shower system! We built our dream steam shower and needed a shower system that would work in a huge space. This did it! We did end up installing a new tankless hot water heater so it would work properly. The plumber was not excited to install it and actually asked if it was too late to return it. He said he would never install one in his house because getting parts will be a problem. I hope we don’t need parts. This is better for a new installation versus a replacement simply because the spacing has to be exact for the mounting between the shower handle and the rain head mount. Unfortunately, I did not read the directions prior to selecting this item and it will not fit the holes in my current shower. The quality of the shower bar is fantastic.
