I was so excited to get this chandelier. My husband put it up but it needs to be at least another two feet lower. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they don’t have extra rods to send. This light is absolutely stunning. It looks extremely high quality. This is the most money I have spent on lighting to date and its totally worth it. We purchased the 24 light for our entry. It is hung with the 20 chain. For perspective, we replaced a 20 year old pile rubbed bronze fixture that was 18 in diameter. I had concerns the new light may over power the space but the scale worked out beautifully in the end. The only concern was the instructions. It comes very well packaged, however there are a lot of pieces and does require some assembly. This is a very large and heavy fixture. The website describes it to be a gold finish, but this is more of a spray paintbrushed brass finish. It looks very cheaply colored and doesn’t go well with the finish of other gold light fixtures. We are just hoping that because we’re hanging it in a room with 20 foot ceilings, you don’t notice the difference in color.
