Brass Lamp Shade

The fabric lampshade has cut corners for a slightly casual look. The linen fabric is high-quality and meant to last, as is the poly/nylon interior lining. Adorned with hand-applied metallic lace shade trim for an elegant touch.

My parents bought this shadowbox lamp at an antique store in England in the early 1960’s. I inherited it when they passed away, but have not been able to use it for a variety of reasons. I finally had the whole thing fixed and seatched everywhere for just the right shade because the base is rectangular shaped. I found this on Wayfair, ordered it late last week and it arrived today. It is perfect. The quality is what I hoped for (and my mother would approve!) and the unusual shape really highlights the shadow box lamp base. Michael. Austin, TX. Mon Oct 05 2026

It's a functional addition that fits neatly on end tables or nightstands. Plus, its easy-care design can be maintained by simply wiping it clean with a dry cloth.

Pretty nice lamp; looks just like the online images. Solid but not too heavy; appears sturdy. Also purchased the matching standing lamp. Only dislike: exposure to Lead (see images).. Ifeyinwa. Spring, TX. Sat May 30 2026
