Hugh is a classic matelassé constructed of mercerized cotton for a sleek appearance and hand feel. The all-over stippling design provides subtle interest, and the coverlet is finished with scalloped edge rounded front corners. Matelasse (mat-la-SAY) is a weaving or stitching technique yielding a pattern that appears quilted or padded. Matelass may be achieved by hand, on a jacquard loom, or a quilting machine. It is meant to mimic the style of hand-stitched quilts made in Marseilles, France. It is a heavy, thick textile that appears to be padded, but actually has no padding within the fabric. Our Hugh Matelasse has a soft, pebble-like texture.

Give your mattress a French farmhouse-inspired makeover with this three-piece comforter set! Crafted of polyester, the comforter showcases a plush, quilted diamond trellis motif with embroidered medallions, fleur-de-lis-inspired accents, and a cute scalloped hem, while polyester fills lend extra warmth for chilly nights. A pair of matching shams (just one for twin size) rounds out the set for a cohesive ensemble. Designed for effortless upkeep, this set can be machine-washed and tumble-dried on a gentle cycle.

if I could have given zero Stars I would have. the appearance in the photos is nothing like the reality. I have had comforters of this style before and they are beautifully stitched and well made. this thing is actually furry, no kidding the fur is about 3/8 of an inch long and it looks extremely tacky and for $80! even for $15 I would have returned it. then when I tried to return it they wanted to charge me a $15 return fee even though I just returned two upholstered wood benches that were six times this size and in two boxes that came in the wrong finish for free. every time I try to return it on the website or through chat it would not do it finally had to call customer service and a live agent handled it for me. this is a third order in a row that I've had trouble with coming in other than as presented on their website. I've ordered from Wayfair for years and never had trouble but lately it's nothing but problems I don't know what's going on with the company but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.. Normand. Anthem, AZ. Mon May 11 2026

This quilt is very pretty. I do wish it had more flowers on it. The pillow shams are a little disappointing because they are mostly White with only one big flower in the middle and a couple other little ones. The flower in the middle is yellow and I wish it had been sage green color to match the flip side of the sham. I do wish the people constructing the pillow shams would center the pattern in the middle of the fabric that has all the flowers. All the flowers are near the bottom of the quilt and that's where they should be using the pattern for the shams.. Terri. Ft Worth, TX. Tue Sep 08 2026

Gorgeous, modern, yet elegant, this 3-piece floral quilt set brings a touch of refinement to the bedroom. I am so happy with my purchase of this bedspread!!! The bedspread is absolutely beautiful in person!!! It was my third purchase to try and find the right look for my room. I have an extra thick mattress and this one fits wonderfully being a Queen extra wide with plenty of overhang on both sides of the bed. Most full/queens spreads do not completely cover my queen bed with the proper overhang but this one does. Great Purchase!!! I am in love with this one!!!. Nanette. US. Tue Aug 25 2026

I’m delighted with this beautiful quilt. It’s much prettier than the pictures showed when shopping. I like the weight of it, too.
