I almost love this. It was a huge pain to hang. The package I received was clearly a return and parts were all over the place. The smaller "branches" that you put in with set screws don't stay in place very well. You can only screw them in so much -- you're putting a set screw into a round piece of nickel plated steel. GORGEOUS light fixture! Really elevates the space. I strongly recommend assembling it fully before hanging, because its kind of tough getting all the extended pieces screwed in, But all small crystals come pre attached and it comes with extras.
