The mattress is exactly what I was looking for! Firm support though also cushioned! When first unboxing I thought it would be a disappointment because of the vacuum seal. Meaning thought it would be too soft like sinking in. Not the case! The website details are spot on! Waiting on a custom Murphy bed though this full-size is like I said- what I was looking for. This mattress is nice and thick, however it has a crease that won’t flatten out. Not sure if this is because of how it was shipped but will need a thicker mattress coverage to smooth it out. Overall it’s nice but this is annoying. Laurel. Atlanta, GA. Mon Oct 26 2026

Perfect for my 14” tall mattress that I also received from Wayfair! Previously, I ordered an extremely expensive mattress and was so disappointed with it, but already had the bedtime that needed height-so this was a perfect addition! It took 30 seconds to unfold, set in the frame, and zip up the cover. It’s super heavy duty and my heavy mattress doesn’t sag at all. I would certainly recommend this product if your mattress needs support and a little boost!. Crystal. Springfield, IL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Perfect Mattress for My Daughter! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I purchased this 14-inch mattress for my 8-year-old daughter, and it’s absolutely perfect for her! It has a medium-soft feel and is very comfortable. At first, I thought the mattress might be too high, but after using it, I realized that the height is actually ideal for our needs. My daughter needs assistance getting in and out of bed, so I lift her onto the mattress and help her down. Having a higher mattress makes this much easier and more comfortable for me. However, if your child can get in and out of bed independently, you might prefer a lower mattress. One important tip Be very careful when unboxing this mattress! Make sure to follow all the safety instructions. Once you remove the plastic wrapping, the mattress can expand very suddenly and forcefully. I learned this the hard way because I wasn’t careful enough, and the mattress actually knocked me backward! So please be cautious and keep a safe distance while opening it. I also highly recommend purchasing a waterproof mattress protector right away. It will help keep the mattress clean, protect it from spills and accidents, and extend its lifespan. As for comfort, the medium-soft firmness is perfect for my daughter. Personally, as an adult who is used to sleeping on a firmer mattress, I find it a little too soft for my preference. But for my child, it’s just right! Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Great mattress, comfortable, and definitely worth the money!. Tetiana. Sat Oct 24 2026

I honestly didn’t have high hopes for a mattress that came rolled up in and box and vacuum sealed lol. But I just needed it for a temporary situation so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money..it is soo comfortable! It popped right up when I cut the plastic off. Very supportive.
