After assembly great looking desk. My 15 year old son assembled in about 2 hours. He took his time but had no difficulty. The desk was bought for him. There was small scratch/indention on top hutch. The top is a heavy board that is edge and finger joint glued together and finished in veneer. The legs are also fingerjointed boards. It generally looks nice, but the finish is quite sloppy. there are some rough spots where it was not thoroughly sanded too. I purchased this table because it was on sale.
