Love this frying pan with lid. The 12.25 inch is larger than your normal 11 inch pan making food easier to place in pan, cook and to flip over. The nonstick has the food slide off easily and no problem to clean. Faberware is a reputable product and the price was great, especially that it included a lid and 2 handles. I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. The extra-thick, cast aluminum body provides uniform heat distribution while the flat base will not tip, spin or warp while you’re perfecting your dish. Not only is this pan small enough for convenient storage, but the revolutionary coating is also perfect for a variety of dishes. Our XD coating browns meats impeccably along with creating fluffy scrambled eggs to pan-fried fish. Easily transferable from stovetop to oven up to 500°F (260°C). Recommended by the American Vegetarian Association for vegan/vegetarian cooking, you can live a healthier lifestyle as no added oils or butter are needed. This Swiss-made pan is designed with the cooking enthusiast in mind with a rivet-free cooking surface to protect against bacteria buildup. The new XD coating, with 20% more diamond crystals, creates an improved seal between the nonstick cooking surface and the sturdy aluminum base, providing a tougher and more corrosion-resistant layer without worrying about food sticking to the pan. It is 40% more durable than our HD line for enhanced food-release properties. With brilliantly designed nonstick quality comes an effortless cleanup with just warm, soapy water and a nylon sponge to make spending time in the kitchen that much more enjoyable.

Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

We love this set of cookware. Professionally made and the closest to a commercial set as I’ve been in years. I’m looking forward to many years of use!. Mark N. Fredericksburg, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026

Transform your kitchen with this 15-piece cookware set, where stainless steel meets nonstick convenience. The set includes three saucepans, two stockpots, two skillets, and five lids – plus three cooking utensils – all designed for fast, even heating. Plus, the dishwasher-safe feature means you can spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying your culinary creations.

The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring, while the saucepans, sauté pans and Dutch oven feature cut rims to enhance the lid fit, helping to seal in moisture and nutrients inside the pan during cooking. The saucepans and larger vessels feature interior measurement markings for easy accurate addition of ingredients. Tempered glass lids allow you to "look and cook" as you watch the progress of your meal. Designed with ergonomics in mind, Viking signature handles are hand crafted from cast stainless steel and riveted to the pan for a lifetime of durability.
