This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. These fry pans just arrived today and once I unpacked them and held them in my hands I knew they were going to be used often . Love this frying pan with lid. The 12.25 inch is larger than your normal 11 inch pan making food easier to place in pan, cook and to flip over. The nonstick has the food slide off easily and no problem to clean. Faberware is a reputable product and the price was great, especially that it included a lid and 2 handles. These frying pans are large and have some good depth to them as well. Makes cooking larger portions easy. I have now used them several times and so far nothing has stuck!
