The canopy bed is beautiful and was easy to assemble. The instructions included are accurate and easy to follow. I only knocked a star off because the top and bottom "F" pieces did not screw in on the left side of the bed because the screw holes didn't align properly. I even tried turning them around, flipping them upside down and swapping the places of the 2 bars, to no avail. But I just left the bars slotted into the brackets and I think it will be ok..they are just not secured with screws on that side of the bed. This is a beautiful canopy bed! The color of the wood (all solid) and construction is exactly what I hoped for based on the listing. There are no exposed screws/hardware (which is hard to come by in canopy beds) and the joints in the top are beautifully executed. Do yourself a favor: make sure you have 2 people for assembly. It will take some time and work but it isn't super challenging. The allen wrench (provided) has an end that will make the hard-to-reach spaces easier, but make sure you have a second one to make the process go by faster.
