Great sectional, very comfortable. Love the slide out bed and lift storage. It came highly compressed into the boxes with the cushions being vacuumed to save space. They plumped up immediately after I cut them out. Fabric is soft and looks pretty durable. The reclining back was a nice touch. They work like an old patio lawn chair. Click it forward for different positions and then all the way forward to reset it back. The size was almost exactly what I was looking for. The couch arrived in six different boxes. One of them still hasn’t arrived yet, but the first five showed up within a day and we’re very excited. Now we’re just waiting for the last box with the armrests. So far, the couch looks very high quality, was quick and easy to assemble, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
