It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. I’m 75 years old and once I put the leg rest up I couldn’t get it back down. My son had to come over and put it down. We searched for recliners like this for a long time after previously having something similar. They are very comfortable, elegant (as recliners go), and really affordable. I'm 5'3" and my husband is 5'10" and they fit both of us. They aren't leather but the fabric is soft and seems durable (I say this because our cat isn't going after them).
