Beautiful color, just like photo on website. It could be used for many purposes! My first turkish cotton beach towel. I wasn't sure what to expect, except that reviews on others is that they are very thin. And ones I've seen at the beach appear very thin. This is not very thin, though much thinner than my heavy weight beach towels. I haven't used it on the beach yet.
