This chair is easy to assemble. The plumbing is not standard USA fittings. I had to do some unusual plumbing to connect. The shampoo bowl is adjustable which is ideal for different size individuals. One thing to note is the mounting to the floor so the chair doesn't slide around. If you are placing this chair on a finished tile floor as I did, I had to make and mount a wooden base to glue it down and to screw it to the wall for stability. The chair is beautiful. It is well balanced, sturdy and stable. The seat is firm but could soften in time. Taller clients have mentioned the foot rest is a little shallow. The lift pedal raises lowers the chair well. Assembly was easy and took about 10 minutes. Added a little WD40 to enhance the chair rotation which helped it to spin a little easier.
