On the first day my cat ruined it. She was attracted to the wool texture and clawed the rug to pieces. I couldn't live with it, it ruined my newly decorated living room and after months of looking on Wayfair I found this rug. It had the pink tones I wanted and my cat is leaving it alone. I looked for all polyester this time. I would prefer wool but it isn’t possible with my cat. This rug is gorgeous. But be aware- it is not the dark pink tones in the center medallion that is in the picture of it on the Wayfair site. It is pale pink tones, not dark pink.
