I spent days on this website reading through reviews and comparing different couches before deciding on this one. This one seemed to have some of the better reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to leave a realistic review based on what I actually received, because the advertised pictures and the actual product are a little different. The set arrived in three large, tall boxes. I was expecting all three boxes to be delivered within about three days, but unfortunately, only one box arrived on time. I then had to wait about another week for the remaining boxes to arrive, so I wasn’t able to fully set up and use the couch right away. The color is really nice, and I think the design on the back piece is cute. I do wish the sofa had more support for people on the heavier side. Since it’s a boneless couch, there’s no backboard or frame underneath to provide that extra support. The sofa does sink in with more weight. I’m around 130 lbs, and I personally don’t have an issue with it sinking, but I could see someone on the heavier side experiencing more sinking. The biggest difference I noticed is the fabric. I wouldn’t say the couch looks exactly like the pictures advertised. The pictures show the fabric looking much smoother, fuller, and more uniform, while the couch I received has noticeably more wrinkles. I’ve had it deflated for a couple of days, hoping the wrinkles would disappear once the fabric settled, but they’re still there. The tufted buttons are also a cute detail, although they don’t look quite as defined as they do in the advertised pictures. Also, the sofa does not come with the storage side pockets shown in the advertised pictures. I was expecting those since they’re shown as one of the features, but they were not included with mine. Other than that, I think this is a pretty good option if you’re looking for a comfortable couch that’s easy to rearrange. It’s very spacious, and the seating area is nice and wide. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if the fabric material and appearance were closer to what is shown in the advertised pictures and if all of the advertised features were included. As of right now, there are some differences between what is shown online and what I received, but overall, I’m still happy with the comfort, size, and flexibility of the couch.. Katherine. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Those were key to making the couch look put together, otherwise there is a small gap between each section. It’s very cushy and comfortable - you won’t feel like you’re sinking in, but it’s not as hard as a rock like other wayfair couches I’ve experienced. You feel very cozy on this thing. Took me about 1.5 hrs to assemble by myself. Really impressive how everything was packed so well. Instructions were easy to follow. The cushion covers are removable. I am so happy I took a chance on this couch based on the ONE review picture someone uploaded, so I am adding more! Including one with my feet so you can see how long this is. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly.
