This sectional is really nice (and also huge.) But I was extremely disappointed in Wayfair’s delivery/assembly. (Note that I paid the extra fee for them to bring it into my home.) They showed up 2 times with just one person who was unable to move the 4 boxes of this sectional to the basement by himself. After several phone calls, their way of resolving it was telling me to hire my own handyman to move and assemble it.
