This is my second time purchasing this set. The first set lasted seven years and three moves. I have nothing bad to say- the set up is easy and we didn’t run into any issues. I built the chairs myself which took about 1.5 hours for all four. My husband built the table which took him about an hour. All the pieces are very sturdy and good quality. Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. I purchased this dining set in December, and overall I’m very happy with it. The table itself is beautiful, feels like good quality, and was surprisingly easy to assemble. It ended up being a little smaller than I expected, but it works well for my space and still seats four comfortably. My biggest complaint is the chairs. They were much more difficult to assemble than the table, and after about seven months of normal use, I’ve already had to go back and tighten several of the bolts because the chairs became loose and wobbly. I’m hoping this isn’t something I’ll have to do on a regular basis or eventually have to replace the chairs because of it. Overall, I still love the look of this dining set and think it’s a great value, but I do wish the chairs were built a little more sturdily.
