Nice couch and fit my very small space. The mesurements were accurate. There was a bit of a issue with the delivery (wrong apt) however, when I contacted them after seeing the pic was the wrong apt, they came back and moved it to my apt. That's great customer service. This was a Wayfair delivery service and not FedEx. FedEx continues to be a real problem with deliveries. Wish they would switch to UPS.. G. Key West, FL. Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026

They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see. This modular sectional brings a tailored silhouette and multi-functional layout to your space. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame that sits on understated plastic legs. The polyester blend upholstery provides a smooth, clean look, while the recessed arms add a refined feel without taking up extra room. Foam-filled cushions offer a supportive seat for your daily downtime or casual gatherings. Plus, the hidden storage compartment tucked right beneath the seat easily keeps blankets and everyday essentials organized and completely out of sight.

Generous size, larger than expected. Soft yet firm cushion top. Fabric feels good, velvety. Ottoman will store two lap blankets nicely. Color of ottoman is the color that I saw online but the description stated BLUE, so I stepped out on a limb and ordered it, hoping it would be blue. It looks green or teal to me. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. The ottomans have some weight to them, so I placed adhesive sliders under the legs so I can easily move them on the carpet.. Brenda. Caddo Mills, TX. Fri Sep 04 2026

I’m in love with my new sofaottoman! I love the quality. The color is rich. The fabric is sturdy and the cushions firm enough to soften over time. It can seat 4 adults very comfortably. The only downside to me is the spacing shown on the back. It should probably be against the wall, but I have it positioned mid-room. But it’s not so bad.. Camille. Charlotte, NC. Tue Sep 22 2026
