I LOVE this rug and am very happy with my purchase. I bought the 2’3” x 16’ for my long hallway, which is a high traffic area. It’s beautiful, it feels thick and comfortable to walk on with bare feet, and is lower pile so fits under the 3 doors that span the hallway! The rug is wool so expect some shedding at first. My 2 cats’ primary inclination with this rug is to roll around on it rather than scratch, which is a huge plus. And when they do dig their claws into it, it doesn’t show damage!. Sophie. I bought a 9x12 which was quite heavy to get down and stretched out on the floor. It took only two days to arrive (a little beat up and the box was torn), but there was no damage to the rug thank God. At first glance I didn't think the colors would be true to the listing, but once I got it opened up and on the floor, it really was. I have to say, I love it more than I thought I would!
