I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. We’ve actually purchased this bed frame twice this year! We first bought the queen size for ourselves and were very happy with it. A couple of months later, we decided to upgrade to a king-size bed, so we gave the queen frame to our son and purchased the exact same bed frame again in king size. We love the quality. It’s made from solid wood, feels sturdy and well-made. It works with our new 16-inch-high mattress and adjustable base, although the headboard does look a little short with such a tall mattress and base. This product is crafted from Tulip Poplar and comes unfinished and chemical-free. Most of our customers choose to leave the wood unfinished, but we do provide finishing instructions for staining or painting.

I search for a while for a bed frame that would fit in my sunroom and work with my hide a bed mattress. The hide a bed couch was old but mattress is fairly new. This option made it so I could still use my mattress. This is a full size mattress and fits its perfectly. I love that it has 3 different options of being a couch, lounger and a bed.
