Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. The instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward — zero frustration!  The 2-in-1 grill and griddle design is brilliant. I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. This grill took quite a long time to put together and the directions aren’t very clear. Definitely set aside at least a half a day if not more and you will need two people. The item came damaged and Wayfair has always been great about their customer service. Forget about Wayfair helping with issues with this grill. They refer you to the manufacture and you have to jump through hoops to contact anyone.
