This is a substantial griddle with a large cooking surface and a sturdy overall design. One of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is, which gives it a solid feel but may make setup difficult for some people. The stainless steel construction looks durable, and the cooking area appears spacious enough to prepare meals for a family or a group.
