Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. With the Blackstone Wind Guards, you can griddle with more control without worry of the weather. Simply hook the Wing Guards over the edge of the griddle top use the griddle as you normally would.

Back in the day, we dreamed of creating the best outdoor cooking experiences for large groups or families. For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let's be honest, every time something seemed to be missing.
