Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Initially burn in is crucial it smoked for a good 45 minutes. Let it cool then cooked 4 pies. Works excellent the stone got to 670 degrees. I am going to follow advice from other reviews and add a second pizza stone on bottom to shield it a bit and even out the cooking.
