I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. Pretty happy with the flat top grill. I do have to buy a few things, like the propane tank, griddle accessories and a full flat top. I thought it had a full one but it’s very small. I received a replacement, pre-seasoned, rust resistant 28” griddle. My original griddle was purchased 3 years ago and rusted very badly. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen.
