Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I received my Model 2364 for Fathers Day. Love the size & abilities this thing has. I have 1 issue and 1 question. Issue: The latch that holds the Griddle in place is missing the arm that locks it in. I need a replacement part. Question: I know where the 1 lbs. Propane tank Regulator goes ( Right Side). On the opposite side of the Griddle ( Left Side) there is what looks like a Brass Quick Connect for a 5 - 20 lbs Propane tank Regulator Connection.
