They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly couldn’t have been easier, it took less than 5 minutes to have both lamps completely set up. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. This lamp is nice. BUT the gloss outer lining that they put over the base, I didn’t totally love. So when I saw it started to peel, I began scraping off the entire outer lining and (what in the world). The actual base itself looked like a rustic concrete vase that was sculpted by Zeus himself. Joss and main designers or whom ever in charge is slacking and could have saved the company some money just by not using the wrap around the base which could be used to pay your employees more money or sell the lamp for less, Joss and main sounds like it should be a law firm in manhattan. Anyways awesome lamp due to me. As for the wrap outlining the base at some parts was easy to remove others not so much and I had to scrape with blade, so in pictures scrapes can be seen. Since then I sanded it down a little and scrapes went away will have to update those later.. Matthew. Saint Cloud, FL. Sat Oct 17 2026
