Nice trellis for cost. Quality not so great for a couple points: extra weld material/paint blocking insert/connection of gate on one location, and a different gate connection location (upper) where welded does not fully align with the lower weld (we were able to make it work and will not use that side of the gate to prevent potential braking/bending the weld).. Spent the afternoon putting the arch together yesterday. Very ornate and sturdy. I dont think it would stand up to wind and whatnot without being anchored with that being said Im going to Anchor it to our metal pipe fence gate. It takes two people to put it together and Im thinking it takes a third person to stand it all up. But I cant wait till the Roses Grow large enough to cover the trellis!. David. US. Thu Sep 03 2026

Offering a sophisticated design with a modern flair, this can stand alone or function as an anchor for vegetation to climb up its sides. You will enjoy the classic appeal of this in your yard or garden for many years to come!

Overall it seems well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The one question about when the arbor could be painted was answered by the company very promptly. The only negative was that two of the 4" lag screws used to attach the top of the arbor to the sides sheared in half while being "manually" screwed in with a hex screw driver. Had to get replacement bolts to finish putting it together. Strongly suggest you get some extra hardware and return to the store if not needed. Very happy so far ( 2days) with the final product..
