My only other comment is that I tried to use Angi for assembly unsuccessfully since it required more people and time that Angi insisted it did, so I had to cancel that prepaid service. Overall, I like the product, and it is very solid and good Wardrobe Armoire, and very spacious. But, very very poor installation instructions manual, and some of them doesn't even match with the parts coming with it. Also, it assumes that, you are very familiar with such assembly and you do that on a day to day basis :), because the steps are not complete and you have to take your best judgement to complete the remaining steps. I can only review the ordering and delivering of the wardrobe as the last parcel was delivered today. I will have someone install it. All aspects of ordering and delivery was exactly as described except when it was clearing customs. I received an emailed that it was being delivered that day. Fortunately the lady I spoke to in customer service cleared it up, checking it out for me and said it had just cleared customs, US to Canada and the items would be delivered as described when the order was placed..
