While the white ceramic top may be durable, it's fussy, and water, as well as other minor household chemicals, leave liquid spots that must be wiped away almost immediately (the photo doesn't pick up the liquid spots). For that reason, I gave it one star less. However, a wet or dry microfiber cloth can moisten the liquid spots and wipe them away. What an attractive vanity. It is lightweight. I love its black finish and white top (no faucet and drain included). I can’t believe how lightweight it is. The wood quality is why I drop it down to 4 stars. While it is finished well, it is particle board. The instructions note not to have this vanity in areas with humidity. Instructions were easy to follow with clearly labeled parts and pictures. You do need attention to detail in order to put together. Holes were drilled precisely and accurately.
