The orange curtains are bright and cheerful. They are a little more orange and less of a rust color. The orange toned down a bit after the curtains were hung up and there is a wall behind them. The curtain panels are well-made and room darkening. I need to take a steamer to them to get a few wrinkles out, but that is to be expected after fabric has been folded up to fit into a package. These curtains are nice. The velvet fabric feels lovely. The creases came out after ten minutes in the dryer on low heat with a damp hand towel. My only complaint is that the side edges are shorter and lift up at the bottom, so they aren't consistently at the same length when hung. They are truly room darkening.
