An integrated lift mechanism effortlessly raises the mattress foundation to reveal hidden underbed storage for extra bedding and clothes. Overall, I’m very pleased with this bed! Assembly took approximately 3 hours, although it would probably go faster with a power drill instead of the tools provided. The headboard was the most time-consuming part, while the platform was easier to assemble. The photo instructions could have been clearer when installing the metal inserts. The platform feels sturdy, and I absolutely love the storage capacity! My biggest complaint is the headboard. It feels a bit flimsy and has some forward-and-backward movement when moved. There’s also a slightly visible gap where two of the upholstered panels connect, but fortunately, it can be covered with pillows. Despite those minor issues, it’s a beautiful king bed that looks lovely in our bedroom. For the price, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend it!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 16 2026
