Overall, the wall units look nice in our living room (we bought two). Each took my wife and I about two hours to assemble. Instructions were thorough, but you really need to be careful and double check every step. After we completed the assembly, we noticed that the part eight and nine (middle) shelves were installed upside down on one of the units. Also, the round stickers provided to cover the locking screws are very flimsy. They are just sticky paper that has very little surface area with which to adhere. We ended up using Elmer’s glue to keep them down. Other than the shelf inside the cabinet, none of the other shelves are adjustable. Also, I certainly would not place anything too heavy on the shelves (like lots of hardcover books) as they do not appear Capable of providing sufficient support without bending.. Tom. Bluffton, SC. The sideboard looks nice and seems functional. It went together pretty easily. My only negative is that one of the doors is slightly out of square so it doesn’t line up properly. Since the doors aren’t adjustable there is no easy way to fix it. I might try shimming one of the hinges with a bit of masking tape.. Kristen. Silver Spring, MD. Thu Sep 10 2026
